"Terrible, terrible, terrible! His secretary Chelsea is the worst! It has been almost 3 weeks and I still don’t know what they’re going to do about my car. When I called the national office they indicated that anytime an agent gets involved in the claim it’s likely to be a mess. I would use State Farm but I will leave this agent as soon as this claim is taken care of. I have asked repeatedly to have Drew call me directly and haven’t heard anything. Do not use this agent if you want any service."

"I contacted Derek after talking to my brother, he had switched to State Farm and gave me Derek’s number. He said he got better coverage at a lower premium. After talking Derek and providing him some information he was quick to respond with some quotes. After discussing the quotes it was determined I was under insured on my house. Plus they offer coverage on the water lines and sewer lines from the house to the street. On our cars the difference in the premium was significant and we got and umbrella policy to cover us up to 1 million. Unfortunately I had my wallet, phone, and truck keys stolen a few days after we got the policies. I called Derek and he walked us through the process and provided us a list of companies that would change out the ignition and rekey the locks which was covered under our comprehensive part of the car policy.
